By accessing or using MyAimMyDream ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyAimMyDream is a Facebook Page inbox management tool that allows you to view and respond to messages from your connected Facebook Pages in a unified interface. The Service requires you to authenticate with Facebook and grant us permission to access your Page messages.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be an authorized administrator of any Facebook Pages you connect
4. Facebook Integration
By connecting your Facebook Pages to our Service, you:
- Authorize us to access your Page messages through Facebook's API
- Confirm you have the authority to manage those Pages
- Agree to comply with Facebook's Platform Terms and Policies
- Understand that our Service depends on Facebook's API availability
5. Free Trial and Subscription
Free Trial: Each Facebook Page you connect receives a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Subscription: After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service for that Page. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate ($10/page/month).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the Service in violation of Facebook's terms
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by MyAimMyDream and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
- That Facebook's API will remain available or unchanged
- The accuracy or completeness of any data
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAimMyDream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
